I´ve just read that when commiting oneself to a job it´s very useful to consider a 20% time plus in order to put up with unexpected and unforeseen circumstances which may delay our plans and schedules.
It´s an excelent strategy, I thought, eureka! that´s it!
I normaly delay work "on purpose".
